| Reservations will be confirmed after a one (1) night deposit is received. Reservations can made with a major credit card and will be confirmed immediately. Time permitting, money orders/cashiers checks or personal/business checks can be sent as a means of deposit. Reservation will not be confirmed until check clears. There is a 3 night minimum on holiday weekends. Other minimum stays may be required. While every effort is made to accommodate guests for a specific room, it is not always possible. Therefore, guarantees are not given for such requests. Reservations may not be transferred. |
| Refunds of deposits are made only if the reservation is cancelled 14 nights prior to the date of arrival. No refunds are given for early departure, or for unused portion of your stay. |
